EVENT INFORMATION

ENTRY FEE:  1st EVENT $100, EACH ADDITIONAL EVENT $80, MILITARY/UNIFORM $50, LOUISIANA ONLY $50.  Payment can made by check or money order or PAYPAL.

ENTRY DEADLINE:  Registration closes by mail postmarked Monday July 5^th.  After this date please scan, email and pay by PAYPAL.  Entries will be taken all the way up to registration/check closes on Friday July 9th at 7 pm.  There will be a $25 late fee for those who walk up and enter day of registration.

REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN—Will be at the host hotel Comfort Suites Oil Center from 5 pm – 7 pm. 

ATHLETES MEETING:  All competitors are required to be at this meeting Saturday 9 am at the Heymann Performing Arts Center.  Prejudging starts at 10 am.

ELIGBILITY:  Must be a NPC member.  Membership can be purchased anytime on line www.npcnewsonline.com .  Open to all in the USA and must be at least 16 years old.  

RULES:  NPC rules will prevail.  Go to www.npcnewsonline.com for all rules and posing regulations.  There is a lot of great information on this official National Physique Committee site.

AWARDS:  Top 5 in all divisions/classes

ATHLETES MEETING:  9 AM SHARP at Heymann Performing Arts Center

PREJUDGING:  10 am at the Heymann Performing Arts Center

ERIN STERN SEMINAR:  Tentatively Saturday at 1:00 PM – 2:30 pm at Red’s

DOORS OPEN FOR FINALS:  5 PM

SHOW BEGINS:  6 PM
